To manage the annual payments we use Stripe, which is a payment service provider that allows you to make payments with credit and debit cards as well as making an automatic subscription so that you do not have to worry about the payment year after year.

Card updates, regardless of the reason for changing the payment method, can be managed from the Payment Portal.

To access the portal follow these steps:

  • Click in «Payment Gate» from the main menu (Members ->Payment Gate) and access your user details.
  • From this portal, you will be able to review payments made, download receipts, delete and add credit cards.

Solve Problems

On certain occasions, the payment gateway screen that should appear in a second tab or window of our browser does not.

This is because our browser blocks pop-up windows. Below you have a series of links that can help you configure your browser to prevent this.

If you try to access the payment gateway and receive a page with the error message that the user (email) could not be found, please contact support to fix it. This is most likely due to the AMPA email account not being the same as the Stripe account.
