A space designed to provide families with resources, knowledge and educational strategies for the holistic and healthy development of their children.
Aimed at parents or legal guardians with children at this stage.

The series will cover the following topics:

5 May: The mystery of the adolescent brain: what families need to know.
7 May: Teenagers and communication: how to keep the dialogue going at home.
12 May: Boundaries that educate, relationships that nurture.
14 May: Addiction prevention and responsible screen use.
19 May: Mental health in adolescence.
21 May: How to support our children when conflicts arise.

They will take place at the “ISLA DE CUBA” Community Centre (40 Isla de Cuba Street), from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
The talks will be in Spanish.
