Since 2017 a group of volunteer mothers have managed «EUREKA!»: which helps find and give back lost property from Chispa, the Infant school and Primary.
This academic year we have logged more than 700 lost items!
As of the 2023 – 2024 academic year, they will also manage the secondary school lost property with the aim of promoting and encouraging:
- Appreciation and responsibility for student belongings
- Awareness of – care avoids unnecessary consumption
- An active involvement of the whole school community
Students will be able to retrieve their items in the new Eureka! designated area in secondary for a certain amount of time or by using the QR code.
All objects found at school (jackets, clothing, items from extracurricular activities, backpacks, accessories, etc…) are coded in a database and are waiting to be identified by their owners.
If you are interested in joining our team, contact: eureka@ampaescuelaeuropea.com
At the beginning of the next academic year there will be a «last call» for the lost property of this academic year. After that period, everything that has not been reclaimed will then be donated to charity.
