1. Whenever possible, please make an appointment by sending an email to eureka@ampaescuelaeuropea.com to let us know that you wish to pick up a lost item.
2. If you do not have an appointment, please inform the primary security guard at the guardhouse of your intention to go to EUREKA!
3. The person must identify himself/herself beforehand (name, class and section of the child).
4. A «VISIT Card» will be issued and must be used at all times.
5. The security guard will notify one of the volunteers on the corresponding shift.
6. A person responsible for EUREKA! will go out to greet the person concerned.
7. At EUREKA! (primary hall), CLOTHING WILL BE CHECKED/TAKEN IN/OUT for a reasonable time (e.g. 5-10 minutes) so that the next person can come in.
8. You will leave accompanied by a EUREKA! person returning the «VISIT Card».

In the same time slot and at the same time, only a maximum of 3 persons will be allowed to be present at the same time.
