On 15/05/2023, AMPA MC sent on behalf of parent representatives of the primary school a letter to the school management about the organisation of outings. As no answer was received to this letter, AMPA president and vice president raised the topic at the monthly meeting with the school management on 16/06/2023. Management explained that there is no obligation to use Procede as the Extracurricular activities are not included in the school’s budget. However, the school finds the organisation of the outings with Procede very safe and secure as also the pupils with special needs can take part on daily trips. AMPA representatives requested that the proposals of outings of the whole school year should be presented to the first Education Councils of the school year. Primary School management confirmed that for the next school year +/- 3 outings per year per class will be organised and all proposals will be presented for discussion at the Education Council in autumn.
