Springest 2025 Summary
The Spring Festival was a wonderful celebration full of joy and color. The children’s games were very fun and ensured that both young and old enjoyed themselves to the fullest, creating moments of laughter and fun. Furthermore, the variety of food from different countries was impressive, allowing everyone to enjoy unique and exotic flavours. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for sharing with family and friends. It was undoubtedly a very well-organized event that promoted unity and cultural diversity. Everyone left with a smile, eagerly awaiting the next Spring Festival.
The International Buffet raised €2,847, and the donation will go to these two organizations: Aspanion and El Sello de Quique.

Once again this year, the European School of Alicante celebrates its traditional Spring Festival. The event will take place on Saturday, May 10. There will be food, drinks, and many activities for the whole family to enjoy. The school will send out the invitation and more information in the coming weeks.
The school will collaborate with the Parents’ Association (AMPA) in organizing the international buffet, featuring European and international delicacies on different tables. This requires the collaboration of all the school’s families by preparing traditional dishes, decorating the tables for each nationality, and creating a positive group atmosphere.
The AMPA is also collaborating, renting two bouncy castles: one adapted for primary/preschool students and another adapted for secondary students.
And if you don’t like cooking, you can collaborate by selling tickets at the four stalls set up for this purpose. You can choose the time slot that best suits you using the form below.

The AMPA (Participant’s Association) has not yet decided on the best way to fundraise, so if you have any ideas, please feel free to email us with your proposal.
We invite you to join the organizing group and help us prepare the best international buffet. As every year, a contest will be held to choose the best table in both decoration and food. The winning table will receive a prize and a certificate.
